Not medical advice
Hannah Cochran is an ISSA certified personal trainer. She is not a doctor, physical therapist or registered dietitian. The workouts, nutrition guidance, videos and other content from HHC Fit are general fitness information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Talk to your doctor first
Check with your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you:
- are pregnant or recently gave birth
- have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes or another medical condition
- have an injury, joint problems or recent surgery
- take medication that affects your heart rate or balance
- haven’t exercised in a long time
Listen to your body
Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath or nausea, and get medical help if needed. Weights and reps in your workouts are suggestions. Lower the weight, slow down or skip a move whenever you need to, and ask Hannah for an alternative exercise.
You train on your own
HHC Fit training happens online, so Hannah isn’t there in person while you work out. You’re responsible for choosing a safe space, making sure your equipment is in good condition, following the demo videos for proper form, and staying within your ability.
Nutrition guidance
Nutrition guidance from HHC Fit is general and aimed at your fitness goals. It isn’t a treatment plan for any medical condition, eating disorder or food allergy. Work with your doctor or a registered dietitian for those.
